One thing we can all agree on is that a Jiu Jitsu athlete has a strong immune system. Why? Because they live a healthy lifestyle, mind, body and spirit. Taking healthy individuals and making them unhealthy is NOT the answer to beating a virus. Keeping a Jiu Jitsu athlete isolated is the worse thing anyone can do to them. Keeping a Jiu Jitsu family apart is not good for anyone. The MJN crew has been truly humbled by the support and love from our athletes and families. Marcel has missed his students dearly, for a Jiu Jitsu professor being separated from his students is truly painful. There is a deep bond between athlete and professor. For the instructors it has also been very difficult. Nothing felt better than class time, athletes on the mats and family enjoying each otherβs company while watching our athletes do what they love. With that said, our new beginning will be a bit different, but together we will overcome and eventually return to normal..... our MJN Jiu Jitsu normal.
Time to resume building those antibodies up!
